we do speak, we do listen , we definitely feel but these emotions dissapear when we start judging. It is core of problem. We may assume a lot of things and mess with emotions but the truth is if we have faith and we are non-judgemental irrespective of the gravity of the event, we can truly release our every bit of emotion and enjoy the beautiful and not so beautiful things around.
